  • CYFROWY POLSAT - legal services associated with the purchase of real properties in Warsaw for the construction of a satellite transmission centre, including the necessary due diligence, drafting of preliminary and sale agreements, as well as negotiation of loan agreements

  • NETIA - the largest independent telecommunications operator in Poland - legal and tax advice related to the largest redemption of shares in a public company in Poland, performed in accordance with EU legislation. Legal and tax advice related to hiving off and contributing the telecommunications infrastructure to a subsidiary (transaction value: EUR 250m)

  • P4 - preparation of the fourth mobile network operator P4 - owner of the Play brand - to commence its business in Poland, as well as comprehensive legal and tax advice

  • UPC - planning and implementation of a multi-stage restructuring of inter-group liabilities in this largest cable TV operator in Poland (value of restructured liabilities: EUR 500m)

  • Participation in a number of legislative processes at parliamentary and administrative levels, which included work on bills concerning the conversion of licence fees payable by independent fixed-line telephony operators, elimination of inconsistencies between domestic telecommunications law and European Union law, establishment of a state administration body in the form of the President of the Electronic Communications Office and elimination of barriers to investment in the telecommunications industry

  • Legal advice to alternative telecommunications operators regarding construction of a new generation UMTS network and a WiMAX broadband Internet access network
