Managing the supply chain in the pharmaceutical sector

The conference, to be held on 9-11 March 2010 in the Warsaw Hyatt Regency Hotel, is aimed at presenting current legal changes and practical aspects of managing the supply chain in the pharmaceutical sector, including how to increase supply chain efficiency, and what optimisation methods to apply.
Speakers will include representatives of the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, the Mazowiecki Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, experts from Grynhoff Woźny Maliński, and representatives of pharmaceutical companies and logistics operators dealing with the issue on a day-to-day basis.
Representing the Firm, attorneys at law Krzysztof Wysocki and Adam Leśniak will give a presentation entitled 'Medicinal products logistics in light of current provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law, and potential regulatory changes'.
The attorneys will also host a special day-long programme accompanying the conference, which will focus on how to prepare and negotiate logistics services agreements.
