A System of Activities for Energy Efficiency

The aim of the conference is to present legislative changes in the power sector, and topics related to the development of the energy market, especially in connection with a change of electricity supplier.

Representing the Firm, attorney at law Wojciech Bigaj will lead two subject blocks on the first day of the conference:

• European examples of legislative solutions for increasing energy efficiency. Why are these not reflected in Polish legislation? Why does the law on energy efficiency not fully implement them?
• Smart metering - a detailed discussion of the legal aspects of implementing smart metering of energy consumption (on the basis of legal solutions introduced in selected EU states and ERGEG recommendations and instructions).
